Command Information Office

Under the direction of the Command Information Officer, the mission of the Command Information Office (CIO) is to acquire and deliver effective, secure, reliable Information Technology (IT) resources and capabilities to OPTEVFOR. The CIO is responsible for IT Portfolio Management, Command Information Security, IT Capabilities and Services Management, and Network Architecture and Infrastructure Management. Additionally, the CIO supports the staff with robust Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) automated information systems, hardware/software deployment, collaboration capabilities, IT user training, configuration control, and IT procurement.
