Method of Registration

If you are an OPTEVFOR, VX-1, VX-9, VMX-1 or HMX-1 personnel, register for ALL OPTEVFOR Courses on our Virtual Campus through DAU website: https://dau.csod.com.  All classes are Instructor led.

OPTEVFOR has shifted their T&E Course Registrations to a Learning Management System on the DAU Virtual Campus. For OPTEVFOR personnel, the Virtual Campus is a one-stop-shop for your OPTEVFOR T&E and DAU course registrations and completion certificates as well as access to over 40,000 Coursera, Harvard Business, LinkedIn Learning and Soft Skill courses, tutorials, books and videos.

All OPTEVFOR Headquarters Staff, VX-1, VX-9, VMX-1, and HMX-1 personnel are required to register for OPTEVFOR T&E Courses via the DAU LMS Virtual Campus and should obtain their DAU account and submit the OPTEVFOR SAAR https://dau.csod.com/.

If you already have a DAU account you just need to update your organization on your user record to Navy OPTEVFOR and submit the SAAR.

If you have never had a DAU account please go to https://dau.csod.com/ get your DAU account (usually a 24 hour waiting period) then submit the OPTEVFOR SAAR. Once the Workforce Development Team receives your SAAR they will move it to your divisional sub-organization and email you to let you know it was received. There will then be a four hour waiting period before you can log on to the LMS. If you do not work at OPTEVFOR or one of our Squadrons you will be placed in an OPTEVFOR Students sub-organization and after you wait the four hours you can register for our courses.

Once you are in the LMS just search OPTEVFOR in the Learning Search and you should find our courses and schedules.
